HOTEL POLICIES

Reservations

Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
In order to guarantee your reservation we require a deposit which will be 25% of the total cost of your stay.
The deposit must be paid within 4 days of you receiving the payment request. We will hold the availability only for this 3 day period.
Once the deposit is received we will email you a voucher which will constitute confirmation of payment.

Check In

15:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.

Babycots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.

Payments

The balance of the payment must be paid on your arrival
We accept Cash, bank transfer and Western Union transfer

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Cancellation requests received 30 days or more from your scheduled arrival date will be fully refunded less any banking/money transfer costs.
Cancellation requests received less than 30 days will receive no refund.
'Non-shows' will not receive a refund.

Early Departures

If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.

Cleaning

Your apartment/studio will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation, including new bed and bath linen
We will provide clean bed and bath linen for you every 3 days.
We clean the apartments and studios every 3 days.

General policies

Sorry we cannot accommodate your pets
We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the studios and apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies and in the gardens.
Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
